Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (Start German 1) Exam Schedule
The official list below only shows time periods that are reserved, not confirmed exams. Check with your instructor whether or not the final exam for a course will be held during this time period.

Locations
The Exam Schedule lists locations where DEP conducts operator certification exams. Please refer to the individual exam pages for more details on exam content, exam rules and conditions, and other guidelines. Faculty may find their exam times through the "View My Teaching Schedule" task on the Faculty Dashboard in Workday. Additionally the Registrar's Office has a list of exam times for classes in which an exam is required by NYSED regulations. Final exams for classes in the evening are scheduled during the regular class times of the final exams.

Registration

Students must review their course material before taking the test and work on their German skills. The test is a test on paper that measures the ability to read, speak, and write in German. Fees
You'll need to pay an examination fee for the opportunity to receive the Goethe-Zertifikat (start German 1) after you have completed your Elan Academy studies. This fee is in addition to the course fee.
